toupper undefined

Mats Bengtsson-6
Hi,

When I just tried to compile the latest CVS version, I had to
add a
#include <ctype.h>
in lily/easy-notation.cc in order to avoid an error message about
toupper() being unknown. My compiler is the standard gcc 3.2.2
on Redhat 9.

    /Mats
