lilypond-book output hangs ps2pdf

ps2pdf seems to be hanging on the postscript output from
lilypond-book.  The directory in which this is happening is
<http://serpent.laymusic.org/~newlily/music/gibbons/may>.

The offending postscript file is allparts.ps, which is produced by
saying "make allparts.ps" from allparts.lytex and a bunch of lilypond
files.

This is on a debian sid system with tetex pinned at 2.0.2.

I investigated this further, and it turns out to be fixed by upgrading
to gs-gpl 8.50-1.1.
